Anton Trần Văn Tiên is a Vietnamese author and inspirational entrepreneur, best known for his autobiography “Bước Chân Nhiệm Màu” (Miraculous Footsteps) — a powerful journey of overcoming disability through faith and love. Born in Thanh Hóa, he faced a life-altering challenge at the age of 15 when he was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, which left him paralyzed from the waist down. However, through unwavering faith in God and relentless perseverance, he recovered and went on to become the CEO of the jewelry brand “Em và Tôi” (“You and I”), and is now recognized as a prominent figure in modern Catholic media in Vietnam.
Biography
Anton Trần Văn Tiên was born into a traditional farming family in Thanh Hóa, where he learned perseverance and resilience from a young age through working in the fields. In 2002, at the age of 15, he was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a condition that led to paralysis in both legs. He described this period as one of “utter despair,” but it was also the turning point where he began to find hope and faith — turning to books and the Bible as sources of spiritual refuge.
